Each of us has a vital energy called Kundalini in Sanskrit, literally rolled up in a ring. This energy is coiled in three and a half turns and is located in a triangular bone at the base of the spine, the sacrum, which means "sacred" in Latin.
In life, we often fail to see our true self behind emotions and thoughts. However, with the awakening of Kundalini, we spontaneously enter a state of meditation, stop identifying with these thoughts and emotions, and the body, which allows us to feel pure joy and peace inside.
When we wake up, Kundalini energy rises along the spine and crosses the back of the head, an area of darkness that remains soft in childhood. At this point, we can feel the energy moving as a pleasant flow of cool breeze over our heads.
Initially, Kundalini energy is dormant. The goal of meditation or any energy practice is to awaken Kundalini, and with it all its qualities. It is only through the power of pure desire, the desire to know ourselves, our spirit, our inner energy that we can awaken.
The effect of Kundalini awakening can be felt through the subtle system, in neurophysiological terms, the human central nervous system. The subtle system consists of three energy channels and seven energy centers. The left and right channels correspond to the sympathetic nervous system, and the central channel to the parasympathetic nervous system. As Kundalini rises, it passes through the main nerve plexuses - energy centers, which are called chakras in Sanskrit. These nerve plexuses control all the energy power of our body and secrete hormones. They are the basis of physical, mental, and emotional activity.
Each chakra is associated with a certain physical, mental, and emotional aspect, and any diseases or mental disorders are caused by "blockages" or imbalances in the corresponding chakras.
The purpose of Kundalini is to nourish, strengthen, and improve a person, and to take maternal care of him or her. The power of Kundalini is the absolute purity of vital energy, selfless love, endless joy and peace for everyone.
Which is a reflection of the Primordial Energy of the Universe. It is called Kundalini. "Kundal" in Sanskrit means "coil". The Kundalini energy as a ray of consciousness enters the human embryo in the third month of its development. After forming the energy body, the rest of it is coiled into 3.5 turns in the triangular bone at the base of the spine. The ancient Greeks knew about the divine energy contained in this bone and therefore called it SACRUM, which means "secret".
Not only in every human being, but also in every living organism. But only in humans has it taken its full form. It is an intelligent, creative, thinking energy. It can remain in a dormant state for a lifetime, waiting for its awakening. When a person is born and the umbilical cord is separated, a gap occurs in the parasympathetic nervous system. The child maintains a constant connection with the cosmic energy through the fontanelle. As soon as the fossa overgrows and hardens, the connection with the cosmic energy ceases.
The awakened Kundalini fills the gap in the human parasympathetic system, restoring the lost connection with the Source. For this purpose, there is a perfect living mechanism in the spinal cord and brain. It was created gradually throughout evolution. This mechanism operates with its own energy and manifests itself as the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems. Everything that a person achieves in evolution is reflected in our consciousness through the nervous system.
Rising along the spine through the central channel, passing through five energy centers, it enters the limbic region (6th center), which is surrounded by thousands of nerves. Under the influence of Kundalini vibrations, these nerves gradually enlighten, opening the seventh energy center - Sahasrara. In this way, Kundalini comes out through the back of the head and unites with the All-pervading Energy of the Universe.
With its awakening, one begins to realize oneself as a pure spiritual Being. The existence of this energy is not manifested before realization. And after realization, a person begins to feel it through the nervous system in the form of vibrations on the fingertips, palms, and above the head. Through these vibrations, Kundalini informs a person about the state of his or her body and gives an energetic sense of the world around him or her. Vibrational consciousness is above sense perception.
Showed how the state of Kundalini affects changes in information, which in turn affects the state of the physical body and the biomagnetic field. Awakened Kundalini increases the sensitivity of the brain. Kundalini is the energy of superconsciousness, that is, the evolutionary mechanism that determines the capabilities of the brain. Individual abilities, talents, and genius are the result of a high level of development due to the awakening of Kundalini.
Studying the Kundalini phenomenon, he concluded: "Kundalini plays a bigger role in everyday life than we realize. It manifests itself gradually and very gently. Kundalini is ready to awaken in each of us."
The awakening of Kundalini has been discussed throughout human history. This process, which is also called self-realization, is shown in all religions of the world.
The practice of Kundalini awakening has been known since Vedic times, but it was kept in deep secrecy. It was the property of priests, members of the royal families of Egypt, seers from India, and a narrow circle of initiates.
In the seventeenth century in the West, Joachim de Flor said that after the age of the Father and then the Son, the age of the Mother opens. It is natural that the Mother is next to the Father and the Son. Our Kundalini is the rebirth of the feminine aspect of the Trinity.
God said to Moyses: "Make yourself a serpent and set it on a pole, and it will rise, so that everyone will be burned by looking at it and live."
The Buddha spoke of a "middle way" to reach nirvana. He even described the central channel through which Kundalini rises. Later, the masters of Buddhism considered the existence of the path of liberation in human nature to be a great secret.
Everyone can find Kundalini symbols in various cultural heritages, such as the Mercury spiral, which is an alchemical symbol for the process of physical transformation. In ancient Greek and then Roman mythology, we find Asclepius, the healing God. He holds a rod topped with a spiral. The Greeks attributed healing powers to this symbol because the rod represented the central support of the human body.
A famous saint from Maharashtra (1275) described Kundalini in his famous book Gyaneshvari. "Kundalini is one of the greatest energies. When it rises, the whole body begins to shine, unwanted impurities disappear from the body, it becomes enlightened and proportionate, and the eyes become clear."
"And just as Moyses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, so must the Son of Man be lifted up, that whoever believes in him may have eternal life" (John 3:14,15). In the Holy Scripture of Luke (Chapter 17) we read: "And they will not say, 'Here it is,' or 'There it is,' for behold, the kingdom of God is within you."
